Registration & Tuition
Our registration process is quick, easy, and fast. To start:
- The community is invited to call or fill out a contact us form to first begin your child’s enrollment process.
- We will then determine space and availability for your child’s age and requested schedule.
- Registration fees along with Summer Activity fees will vary pending schedules and enrollment session choices.
Tours are encouraged for you and your child. It gives you an opportunity to see our classrooms and meet our teachers first hand and gives your child a chance to look around at their new space, as well.
Call the school office at 215-945-3131 and arrange for a mutually convenient time. We prefer to do tours individually so you can get information and ask questions that are relevant for your family.

Tuition
Our tuition rates are not only competitive but tend to be lower in costs than the competition.
The following tuition rates are effective January 2026.
Children are grouped by their age as of September 1st. Prices listed are a weekly payment due on Monday or the first attending day of the week or paid in advance. There is a registration fee of $100.00 per child due each initial and annual registration. There is a summer activity fee older toddler and preschool/pre-k of $75.00 per child.
If more care is needed, schedules must be prearranged with the office to designate hours of care. Late fees differ for after school closing at 6:00 PM as outlined in The Family Handbook and your fee agreement.

**Tuition referral program and multiple children discounts available.
We accept Child Care Works subsidy payments through the ELRC (formerly the Apple Program). All families are required to pay the Registration Fee and some families are responsible for summer activity fee. For families receiving childcare subsidy, no co-pay will be due for Christmas week. Private pay families will receive two (2) weeks credit to their account applied for Christmas week and for one week anytime from January through August.
